What would you make of this?

What would you make of this , if your husband told you that maybe you should keep being friends with a guy who you knows likes you and you like him? And your husband says maybe you should be with him cause you guys are the same age and have more in common than we do ! And then tells you you can go hunting with this same guy friend and it doesnt bother him ! Iam not good enough for this guy friend , he is very attractive, a docotor , and i have three cjhildren , make minum wage and feel like iam unattractive ! One of my girlfriends sys sounds like he has someone on the side that he is seeing ! and another girlfriend told me to keeo telling myself i aint good enough for this guy friend , and you wont be ! Help!
