Can I use the overdrive in my Bronco at all times?

Leaving in OD will get you the best mileage. There's no point in leaving it in drive unless you're pulling a heavy load. OD only engages when you're going fast enough to justify it, so I'm not sure what type of weed the above poster has been smoking.
