Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi facilities for hire.?

Does anyone know of a leisure complex or hotel within the Exeter, Torquay, Plymouth triangle that has a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi health suite that is self contained and available for private hire on a permanent, regular basis for one or perhaps two Saturdays every month? It must be capable of accommodating up to 30 people. A swimming pool would be nice too but not obligatory.
