Bump on my cervix?????

I thought i felt a bump on my cervix so i got an appointment the very next day they told me it was probably nothing but theyll feel around and see. So the doctor felt around my cervix and my feeling for abnormalities, felt all around mycervix than my ovaries and such so a regular pelvix exam, she said my cervix looked normal and clean, she felt no abnormalities and said im fine what i felt was probably just nothing as she looked all around and felt all around. I can still feel it and its freaking me out but would the doctor have definitely said something if it were an abnormal bump or anything? like she would have been able to tell if my cervix was normal or not?
