Im afraid please help !?

We fear that which we do not understand, nothing unusual about that, but the other side is just that and one does not need or have a need to do the things you mentioned, you exist without boundaries and needs but you are still alive in a ethereal sense, I have been there and back and you have too but simply do not remember. with practice you can remember back before you were born into this world in a physical sense. I do it frequently really annoys my mother to tell her about things that happened when she was pregnant with me, she thinks I am possessed but if so how can I be so accurate.
