Do you rinse your baby everytime he or she poos?

My mom thinks I'm crazy because I do this but every time my 5 month 3 week old baby girl poos, I run her under the faucet for a rinse. I usually give her a full bath but let's say I just did and she poos, she gets a rinse. I just think it's cleaner and more hygenic, especially for a little girl. My mom says I'm OCD about it. Geez.
