Hi this is for weight loss?

my height is 5'3" n weight is 73 kgs. i want to reduce 15 kgs in 3 months my whole day diet is breakfast one cup of sprouted moong daal n one gl of skimed milk.it is around 10 am n lunch time is 1.30 pm 2 cup of moong daal one vegitable with minimum oil n 2 chapatis.....around 5 pm i m taking one apple and had lunch at 8 pm with one vegetable n 2 chapatis n during all day i m taking wather so it is all about 14-15 gl per day ...n doing kapalbhati n anulom vilom for 15 mins....but still no improvements
