Anyone else have horrble itching on their bellies.? why is this.?

at first i didnt have any itching until i got into my 20+ weeks then i was told to rub mineral oil on my belly, i think it was working but i started seeing faint stretch mark lines and the irritation from my pants caused these thick dark marks on my belly so i started using palmer's stretch mark cream. now i dont know if its a allergic reaction to the palmers but i get little bumps on my stomach and it itches like crazy, i try so hard not to scratch but when i rub my belly i always end up giving into the itch and scratching like crazy.! ive come to accept the stretch marks but is there any cream or something i can use to minimize or cease the itching?
